Im about to upload a pic so u can see what I mean, its to crazy to explain
then theres 1 more position, they dont have a pic for but... with your hands on the bars thats going upward... so thats the 3 positions I use right.. aigh
For each position, I do 10 push-ups. 3times.. thats 90 (1 cycle)
I do 3 cycles, to complete the set. 90x3= 270
I do 3 sets.. 270x3= 810
then I tried to do another 3 sets, but I only completed 2 sets which is 540 (270x2)...so when u add that to the 810 I already did... you get 1350

I meant how you tried to show proof and ended up makin yourself look less beleivable... but it doesnt matter man, as long as you really did it thats what matters, you got the work in, **** what we think.Comment
