      I've never heard of doing multiple sets of 270... You must be able to punch for days.

        Treadmill - 1 min. (5.0 speed) 1 min. (5.5 speed)
        Decline Torso Twists Holding a 25 lb. weight (15 reps)
        Row Machine - 1 min. (1:45/500 m pace)
        Decline Torso Twists 25 lb. weight (12 reps)
        Treadmill - 1 min. (5.5 speed) 1 min. (6.0 speed)
        Pulldowns - 15 reps (95 lbs.)
        Row Machine - 1 min. (1:45/500 m pace)
        Pulldowns - 10 reps (95 lbs.)
        Treadmill - 1 min. (6.0 speed) 1 min. (6.5 speed)
        Decline Isolated One Arm Press - 15 reps each arm (25 lbs.)
        Row Machine - 1 min. (1:45/500 m pace)
        Decline Isolated One Arm Press - 15 reps each arm (25 lbs.)

          Takes 30 min... No breaks in-between anything accept for a quick drink of water... It's a great workout for a lunch break... If my partner comes with me tonight I'll do this same workout except with more exercises and for about an hour...

            today I did 4 rounds jumping rope
            5 rounds on the heavybag
            1 round on the double end bag
            2 rounds shadow boxin in the ring
            3 rounds on the speed bag
            4 more rounds jumpin rope

            and Im about to go run now

                  Late night:
                  3 rounds shadowboxing
                  squats 100, 75, 65
                  lunges 100 each leg
                  calf raises 3 * 100
                  wall sit 3 * 3 minutes
                  500 crunches
                  200 push ups
                  yes-nos 2 * 40
