      Haha, that's what happens in university...

      Don't worry man, I basically just took it easy for those coupla days. Now it's back to the intensity

        This morning

        I ran 3 miles, and did 1080 Pushups (diff angles on the bar)
        In about 2 hrs. I will run another 3 miles and do 810 push ups


        and then around 2am Ill just do the push up routine again (810)

            then theres 1 more position, they dont have a pic for but... with your hands on the bars thats going upward... so thats the 3 positions I use right.. aigh

            For each position, I do 10 push-ups. 3times.. thats 90 (1 cycle)
            I do 3 cycles, to complete the set. 90x3= 270

            I do 3 sets.. 270x3= 810

            then I tried to do another 3 sets, but I only completed 2 sets which is 540 (270x2)...so when u add that to the 810 I already did... you get 1350

            So I actually did more than I thought, damn.. sorry about the confusion yall, had to sit down and get the numbers right

                      I meant how you tried to show proof and ended up makin yourself look less beleivable... but it doesnt matter man, as long as you really did it thats what matters, you got the work in, **** what we think.
