Well, I didn't go to the gym today(actually, today was a really bad day...didn't run, ate somewhat poorly...)

    Anyways, yesterday I went
    3 rounds skipping rope
7 laps around the school(I know none of you know what that means, but I do, that's what matters)
    50 jumping jacks
80 crossovers(no idea what they are called, that's just my name for them)
    25 push-ups

That's it...no boxing. I should start actually boxing next week. My trainer has me doing conditioning/cardio for the first 2 weeks. I can't tell if it's because I need to lose weight and gain stamina(which I do) or because he wants to test me, see if I'll quit and/or get bored, before he spends time teaching me boxing.

This is in all seriousness too.
I'm the one stealing ideas, not canrus. i said i saw canrus's post and thought it seemed like a good idea to get one up for everyone. i also said its probably been done before. its not like you were the first to think of this either... stop acting like a little girl. why not just make a thread when you thought of it if it was so important to you to get credit?

the boxing gym was closed today, so after work I went and I jumped rope, ran for two miles, then did a few short uphill sprints. COuldnt do too much because of the Freitas vs Diaz fight, I barely made it home on time.

              an hour on bike

I watched the second airing of that diaz freitas fight while i did the bike. Diaz looked good but it was kind of a disapointing end. Can't blame the guy too much though... he looked like he wanted to quit in the 4th but at least he stuck it out a little longer. I'd love to see diaz get some more big fights soon.

You might want to add some pulling movement and a back exercise to that. Right now you're just training the front. You need to balance it out.

thats a good point. are there any in particular you recommend? I'm supposed to be doing these everyday so if theres things i can do at home thats ideal.
