Tito in my eyes has a better legacy, but in the books it will go to DLH cause he is the "redblooded american", he has done well in boxing but he has fought people who already were demolished by Tito. Ok wityh Vargas, what if Vargas would've foought DLH before he fought tito. I bet Vargas would've beaten DLH cause he was much younger at the time, plus he would've been undefeated. But we'll never know cause tito took away Vargas hunger. Once Vargas felt that left hook, in the first. Done deal. Entertaining fight but Tito schooled him. And the way he finished him was spectacular. Now how did DLH beat Vargas? With the same punch Tito did the left hook. Meaning, DLH copied Tito's technique.
Ok, obvious you don't know what you talking about. Everybody said the samething that oscar would have still beat vargas if vargas never fought tito so it wouldn't made a different. And for you to say oscar copy that left hook that tito did to vargas is freaking ******. Oscar in his whole damn career favorite punch moron is the lefthook. Stop being ******. And by the way didn't vargas had tito in trouble after he knock tito down in the 4th round? and what was tito first punch after he was in trouble huh? i know his first punch was a freaking lowblow. Yea no tito fans will mention that. Vargas would have stop tito if tito didn't completely cheat by hitting vargas way low.

Go to boxingrec. Look at Trinidad's career. Look at it real closely and study it. Who he fought, the order in which he fought them, the weight classes, the records, the opponents accomplishments. I gurantee you will be impressed and are lying if you say you are not.

I'm going to side with the guys that support trinidad. His arguements for being better are stronger and when they both retire, trinidad will have the better legacy. What has oscar done after thier fight in 99? He beat tito leftovers and got a gift against sturm.

In addition to all of Tito's accomplishments he was also willing to step up and fight guys like Hopkins and Wright without any bs catchweight and other negotiation bull****.

Tito didn't have to face Wright. He could of easily picked someone else to fight after Wright beat Mosley but he decided he wanted to face the best. I also have no doubt that if Tito did beat Hopkins back in 2001 than he would of moved up to face Roy Jones as planned. That's the type of fighter he was.

DLH just because he proved he was better than Tito, although he ****ed up and gave it away.

Tito is only better by boxrec standards. We all know who the better fighter was. Ill admit it, and Im a Trinidad fan.

Oscar beat up on alot of smaller guys. When you watch his fights at 130 and 135, you can tell that he is like twice the size of those guys. If weigh ins were on the day of the fight, just like in the 80's. Then oscar would have started his career at 140.

If trinidad comes back to fight cory spinks, it should be his last fight if he wins. Then his legacy would be locked in stone, and i could care less if tito haters arent satisfied. He has done enough to go down as one of the 10 best welterweights of all time, oscar will not be included on that list.

Delahoya dominated 3 rounds of their fight. Rounds 6,7 and 8 were the best rounds for Delahoya in that fight. All the other rounds with the exception of rounds 10, 11 and 12 were all close. I had it a draw and if Delahoya really thought he was better and could beat Trinidad then he would went with the rematch because there was a rematch clause.

I honestly had trinidad winning that fight, he beat de la hoya!

The judges would actually try and favour de la hoya cuz he's the more marketable guy. But they knew de la hoya made a ****** mistake and gave tito the last 4 rounds.
