But the fact that Calzaghe and Warren were calling for a big fight with Jones and Hopkins on several occasions which fell on deaf ears. Hopkins, from what I understand, had a verbal agreement to fight him, but backed out a couple weeks later (probably after watching some Calzaghe tape for the first time).

If he goes on to crush opponent after opponent then Zag will get more credit... but considerign we've no idea how good Lacy is given his biggest step up in challenge got him wasted this could easily be looked at as another bum on Zag's resume.
