RJJ didnt need to fight him, he would have knocked Joe out
The same question could have been said about Jeff Lacy.

    But he went.

        I'm guessing Froch.
The fight was only televised in Germany. I think Khan fought Kindelan (rematch of Olympic final) the night after and we saw briefly the final few seconds of the Calzaghe fight from the night before, where he stopped Veit and that was it.

That was Carl Froch calling him out

It's a pity it wasn't in the Millenium Stadium.. I could have saw the fight in person.

Froch won't be giving Calzaghe any trouble if he fights like he did against Magee.

It's pretty funny thinking back, Froch wasn't worthy of a title shot, I guess it worked for throwing his name out there.

Hopkins accpeted $3mill to fight Calzaghe at the Millenium Stadium, only to ring up 15mins later and demand $6mill or no fight. Unbelievable.

I agree, I had that fight pretty much even before the KO.

i think b-hop would have neutralised his speed and won a clear decision

I think Calzaghe would of completely out-worked him.
