I could not care less if Manny decided to fight super easy fights to end his career. He has had a long successful career and will be remembered well. Mikey wasted his time looking for the big money fights and trying to cash out so him claiming that Manny is taking easy fights for the money is hypocritical.

Move down to 140 and try to make a name for yourself because at 147 you are about as useful as a poopy flavored popsicle.

I am a personal trainer so yeah hes fat but it will come off real fast what concerns me about Mikey is the lack of enthusiasm when doing the work. I like my clients to be aggressive and explosive when attacking the weights. The way he's working out he's getting no benefit from. The weights aren't heavy enough and the intensity isn't intense enough to do anything so he's better off just doing cardio cause this is not building any muscle nor is it increasing his muscle endurance at all. This session mikey is doing is just a extremely inefficient cardio session and theirs alot more better ways to get cardio in and burn calories than weight lifting. This is just a waste of time and you can tell his trainer knows it but hes a yes man and its clear from the video.
