WBN no longer recognize WBA as a sanctioning body

I've been saying this for years. I hope it sets off a chain reaction and everyone follows suit, but I doubt it.

If any major network boxing platform decided to forego all these belts & just adopted some reputable rankings that they heavily promoted as meaningful those more legit rankings would become The Rankings & #1 on that list would matter more than these bs ass belts they emailing mfers.

That said I doubt it happens too, but here's to hoping we are both wrong.

The WBC are just as bad.

IBF and WBO seem to be the ones that most enforce their own rules, the WBC and WBA play favorites and make up the rules on a case by case basis.

Well I don't recognise WBN as an authority so I guess we're back to square one.

To be fair, the WBA deserve the boxing press to criticise them. I just wonder how the WBC get away with similar shenanigans.

For what it's worth, I don't recognise WBC belts in divisions where they have awarded a Franchise belt.

yeah thats weird, they delist the wba but the wbc have that franchise stuff and then they criticise the wbo for not keeping up and being behind the wbc, i think boxing snobbery is at play when the wbc is concerned, they can get away with more than other belts, it seems

But what is the point of this? Yes the WBA is trash but then again, so is every governing body in the sport. Why does WBA get the special treatment?

The only sanctioning body worth anything is the IBF

Without the other bodies, the IBF's rankings will be much better... which is it's only huge flaw
