Eddie learnt his lesson after matching a young fighter called Ruiz against his cash cow AJ. Will be 40+ year Olds exclusively for AJ and whyte from here on in.

I know he's been sparked twice by an uppercut and Rivas dropped him with an uppercut, I don't think Povetkin's KO was a fluke by any means, I just don't think there's much else he can do to win, Whyte likely has got better at looking out for an uppercut, Povetkin's set up was better than Joshua's and Rivas's, Whyte will be more prepared for that shot this time, I'd be surprised if Povetkin knocked him out with another uppercut.

Why ya'll in the comments?
Lol
This is a good fight
Stop Trolling !!
Povetkin giving Whyte an opportunity like Whyte gave him. First fight had two KD and one KO. Both are better fighting each other next than anyone else.
So anyone pretending “I dont want to see it” are only saying that because of their hatred of Whyte. Which shows they are too emotional.
When people say they don’t want to see Fury/Wilder 3 it’s because they know Fury/Joshua would be the answer...... Who is Povetkin or Whyte going to fight next if not each other? Hunter? PBC boxers?Last edited by Ray*; 01-18-2021, 07:17 AM.

Doesn't seem fair that just because he wasn't supposed to win that Povetkin doesn't get to move on to a better opportunity. Especially at his age. And just the same Whyte should have to work his way back up.
Yeah I'll watch the ****ing fight cause there is so little boxing on anyway, but doesn't mean I have to willingly and happily lap it up.
Also I'm not pretending everyone agrees with me, and it might not be the majority but there's clearly a divide in the thread. I'm not going to speculate any % but it's not as if I'm some minor dissenting opinion if multiple people are in agreement.
The rematch is necessitated by both parties having willingly signed a contract specifying a rematch.
Doesn't seem fair etc etc.
Same answer as above. Dodging what was agreed in the contract would be unfair. Has Povetkin expressed any unhappiness in the rematch? I haven't heard anything like this from him. What are you, his mother?
You're unhappy about making yourself watch the fight.
Have a word with yourself.
You're not pretending everyone agrees with you.
Your verbatim words were "The rematch no one wanted ". This cannot be interpreted any other way than an attempt to pretend everyone agrees with you.
Finally, it should be: cue the raging Brits.
There is no rage. Happy both with the fight and picking apart your flimsy logic.Last edited by Monty Fisto; 01-13-2021, 11:16 AM.
