British boxing coaches are terrible.

Why does it have to be about a specific division? The ****? What Brits have beaten Americans consistently in any division? Even heavyweight the only notable wins were Fury against Wilder and Joshua against Ruiz, a guy who blasted him out the fight before. And even then, look at Wilder and Ruiz. Both are highly unorthodox in their shape alone let alone their boxing. Didn't Spence beat Khan in Manchester in 2017? The only reason we don't see more Americans/Mexicans travelling is because the UK doesn't have many superstars outside of Joshua. He fought a Mexican in Saudi Arabia. So that kinda counts I guess....
I'll give you a list of wins over Americans for the past 40 years that they can't match.
Lennox Lewis: Holyfield x2, Tyson, Briggs, Mercer, Grant, Morrison, Tucker, Rahamn, McCall.
Joe Calzaghe: Hopkins, Jones Jr, Lacy, Sheika, Mitchell, Brewer.
Carl Froch: Dirrell and Taylor.
Naseem Hamed: Kelley and Johnson.
Kell Brook: Porter.
Josh Taylor: Prograis.
Carl Frampton: Cruz and Avalos.
Nigel Benn: McClellan, Dewitt, Barkley, Simms.
Chris Eubank: Holmes.
AJ: Ruiz.
Jr Witter: Harris and Corley.
James Degale: Dirrell.
Paul Ingle: Jr Jones.
Danny Williams: Tyson.
Amir Khan: Judah, Alexander, Perterson (Yes, that was a robbery in so many ways that night) Malignaggi.
Ricky Hatton: Philips, Collazo, Malignaggi.
That's 42 wins over good world class fighters or better. Decent doesn't count. There's loads of them but they mean nothing historically. The US can't match that over that time period. There's more historically, but i don't want to go back any further because it just becomes too much, plus a lot of them we don't even have full fight footage to break down whether the typical American robbery came into play.
None of them had big disadvantages put on them by not allowing them to have a full training camp, weakened by weight, or were completely done as fighters.
The UK has 2 legit big stars in Joshua and Fury. With the US being 5 times our size in terms of people, the US would need 10 big stars just to match us. They don't even have 1.Comment

Who are these Mexicans and Americans? We beat both most of the time we fight. And we don't f3ck them over like Canelo does all the time.
How many Americans have wins overseas historically? How many Mexicans? These are the worst nations for getting wins when travelling. You lose nearly every single time. You just don't have the character. Never have, never will. We're the most successful nation in history. Check the facts.
But how many Americans or Mexicans can you name that were 33, had been out of the ring for over 15 months, coming off a loss, travelled, and had an illness going in against a big favourite but won the fight? Hell, i'll take away the travelling and the illness. Care to show us how it's done? You make out like it's something you do week in week out. Give me some wins under these conditions? Then give me fighters who were given only 3 weeks to prepare for a big fight and still won? I won't include the fact that Canelo went after Smith after having a bad fight in his last fight because he wasn't interested when he was firing on all cylinders. Nor will i include the comedy sized ring and forcing a big fighter at the weight to crash in such a short period of time.

Then not as garbage as the Americans and Mexicans are. Or, any other nation for that matter. Se we're on top no matter how you switch it.
Obviously, this is just against American fighters. It doesn't include any wins over other nations. And it doesn't include all the ducks they have done to us over the years otherwise the win column would be bigger for us.Comment

A past his best Ricky Hatton who had a bad camp and was over trained by the incompetent Floyd Sr who turned up late a lot and couldn't do simple things like Southpaw mitts even though he was being paid millions? Yeah sure.
Hatton at his best doesn't come close to being our best ever. I do understand you're a troll but i thought i'd answer you anyway.Comment

Naseem Hamed.
Bob Fitzsimmons.
Nigel Benn.
Joe Calzaghe.
