Ray Leonard was very Selective as far as who he fought and WHEN he would fight them like for example he talked about Taking the Immediate rematch with Duran because he knew Duran was a drinker and puts on a lot of weight and that he would struggle to make weight for the rematch. Also admitted on "Waiting For Hagler To Slow Down". Some would say he Avoided Aaron Pryor

Roy and Ali I don't think so. People avoided Roy, Benn said himself it was no shame being #2 to Roy Jones Jr

SRR lost by a very large amount to Ralph Jones at age 32 and never rematched him. It seems like he should have.

          Jones ducked Dariusz Michalczewski.

Leonard made a career of taking mostly easy fights. He was the Mayweather of his day.

Leonard ducked Hagler for five years. Ali ducked a Foreman rematch.

And Im pretty sure RJJ ducked G-Man, but I could have my timelines mixed up.

Bro, Leonard hired a private investigator to follow Hagler around and report back on when he was out of shape, etc.

I'll just say, nobody in the Fab 4 wanted anything to do with Mike McCallum. Roy had an opportunity to fight him in 91 and passed although he would fight him years later when Mike was at the end of the line
