Ramirez fight didn’t have a clause. Adnan declined to give Ramirez a rematch until he was paid more for it.

Not true Adan couldn't fight again until he gave Robeisy a rematch that was a part of the contract which was lame because his career stalled and Robeisy got a chance to improve.

I for one stop reading when someone refers to Lomachenko as "Bumchenko" or to GGG as "Little G". I learned that by skipping such posts you don't lose anything of substance.

yeh because both guys are in his stable, so he doesnt care about a rematch clause.
if it was loma vs a matchroom fighter, def would have a rematch clause.

I couldn't stand Arum (2010-2014) because of the Floyd/Manny situation but he always gave us fights (good, in-house or indifferent) and made other promoters work harder.

Look at the Pandemic....Arum didn't slow down one bit and continued to give us boxing matches, regardless of what was going on. I can't be mad at this guy forever because he moves the needle. How much has Eddie done since the Pandemic?

I haven't had DAZN since February and I'm not complaining. It's overpriced with recycled content and a good fight lies somewhere in the middle of that boxing app madness.
I think bob will regret that after teofimo wins.

I agree with Bob and maybe he might have been guilty of it in some fights before but personally I don’t think it’s right to have a rematch clause for any old fight.

I think there should be a rule where maybe it’s only allowed for a world champion giving a voluntary defence.

Outside of that, I don’t think it should be allowed for instance in fights like mandatory challenger positions etc.

It’s basically holds up the division and makes a mockery of the rankings if you start putting rematch clauses in these kind of fights.

You're not missing much. Whenever I see a post using some derogatory nickname for a fighter (regardless of which fighter), I'm also alerted that I'm reading the opinion of a cheerleader and/or hater.
