If you want to be technical it was 1.6lbs, but you miss the point entirely my child. Persoon is a career lightweight, a big solid one. Serrano is not, she is talented, but essentially a featherweight

why are people who scored floyd vs pac for floyd pretending they care about clean punching? floyds head was getting rocked around while he lightly grazed pac with jabs. but compubox said!!! either pretend completely subjective things like ring generalship matter or dont. you cant pretend the quality of the punches matter in one fight and then just completely flip the script in the next

And didn't Persoon just say she couldn't get strong enough at this weight and would drop down?

I’m missing the point? You just said a fighter who came in at 130 and 132 was “massive for a lightweight.” When most of her career was at super feather, and her tune up between the Taylor fights was at 127

But yeah, huge for the weight.

Weight aside she definitely looked bigger and stronger than Taylor. Think Persoon is fine at the weight, it's Taylor who should go down

People just think height = weight. It’s why people still say canelo is just a JMW

I think we all could agree that Taylor is way overrated, Serrano would wipe the floor with her.

she looked huge. Taylor looked like a lil boy compared to her.

I agree. A lot of the punches hit fresh air, gloves, forearms and elbows. However, effective aggression is scoring criteria, and the fact that Persoon's aggression did nullify Taylor on quite a few occasions is what gave Persoon an extra couple of rounds. Let's not get carried away, it wasn't Mayweather vs. De La Hoya lol but she definitely defended enough to win. I had it 96–94 to Taylor and I think the 98–92 score was pathetic.

Persoon obviously drains much more for the weigh ins than Taylor. No way was Persoon weighing less in the ring.
