Touché. That does get frustrating, but we will get that in October when Loma fights Lopez.

I am a MMA fan like you, The entire MMA Community will also tune in. Plain and simple Loma vs Lopez is striking at it’s finest.

      ***ing Canelo vs Yildrim ffs.

      Says it all.
And boxing has so much potential and stacked divisions, but due to several promotors, and the Mayweather method of maximizing sales, the best hardly ever fight each other

I agree with that. Most MMA fans I know follow boxing to some degree as well. When boxing is good, its great. But how boxing usually goes is a lot of downtime with an occasional Fury/Wilder, Canelo/GGG etc coming along every now and then to remind you why you loved the sport in the first place. The UFC tends to be more consistent and everything moves faster in terms of fights getting made etc.

That is because there are levels in boxing, which are: Domestic, National, European then world level 'There are no levels within the UFC, because it is the elite level of that sport' the fighters who reached the UFC have already progressed through the levels, fighting in no mark organisations.

Boxing has always been run this way, and I don't think it is a negative 'It has by far too high participation levels, to suddenly create one tiny organisation to control the sport 'The UFC in terms of the numbers is small' That would immediately destroy the DNA of boxing.

Brock is a bigger star both in America and internationally thanks to the combined exposure he got from the UFC and WWE. The fact Wlad was fighting in Germany constantly and wasnt on PPV should tell you something. Who the **** fights in Germany (and Switzerland for gods sake!) for years on end if they're a big global star? how can you call Wlad a bigger star when during his reign Brock was main eventing expensive PPVs in the no1 sports market on the planet breaking a million buys four times in a row within the space of two years?

"Respected" is an different argument. You're comparing a guy that dominated HW boxing for around a decade to a guy who made two successful title defences (barely scraping through one by the skin of his teeth) before being stopped in the first round twice in a row and leaving the sport. Its not a like for like comparison.

And while this is happening we will still be waiting for AJ/Fury and Spence/Crawford.
            I'm speechless

Like I said, a bunch of fcking dorks who don't shyt about fighting

Boxers strategy to “marinate” fights so they can keep their “0” and tout themselves the best is what has ultimately been the cause of steep decline for boxing. In addition to that, the atrociously awful judging.
And, too many “points fighters”, not enough warriors.

UFC doesn’t marinate any FOOKING fights. Mfers get knocked out in the first round.

You're speechless because you dont have any argument.

Seriously trying to argue that Wlad fighting Tony ****ing Thompson in mother****ing Switzerland is bigger and more prestigious than 1 million+ buy €65 price tag PPV fights held in Vegas.

This is a prime example of some boxing fans still being in complete denial and delusion about boxings status relative to MMA. This aint the 90s.

Lesnar wasn't even the most popular MMA HW fighter you moron. That would be emalianenko..

He'll you could argue that outside McGregor, khabib and rousey maybe those pride fighters were and are more popular than any UFC fighter

Klitschko has far more followers on social media. His fights vs Haye, Povetkin, Fury, joshua were watched by hundreds of millions people worldwide. He dated a Hollywood star. Was in Hollywood movies

Time to go back to sherdog my friend
