That was Loma's 2nd pro fight and Salidio came in heavy and was most likely doped out of his mind
Not to mention, Loma almost stopped him and managed to still land more shots than SalidoComment
-
So, he almost beat Solido in his 2nd pro fight while being weight cheated & heavily fouled, but he 'kind of isn't' a warrior?
I would rethink that one, chiefComment

Loma was twice as good as Floyd was as an amateur and has accomplished way more by his 15th fight than Floyd had. Floyd had not even beat a world champ yet.Comment

I was speaking comparatively. Pacquiao has been in epic wars and knows how to come out on top. Loma doesn’t have that experience. “Sort of isn’t” sums it up pretty perfectly.Comment

If you are speaking comparatively, say that you are speaking comparatively. (you didn't)
Just because Loma has not had to be resilient very much as of yet due to his skills (a good thing), doesn't mean he's not a warrior.
Nobody else in the history of boxing has ever fought such a rugged, seasoned fighter as Salido in their 2nd pro fight.
The dude had 55 fights already ffs! (10 were for world titles)Comment

How ******ed can these threads get?
Lomachenko doesn't break a sweat.
Mid-rounds TKO via body shot.
Morales doesn't deserve to share the ring with Lomachenko. It'll show.Comment

All those little Messican guys were built like chicks. And were either too sloppy or too robotic to have any hope of winning even a few rounds against Lomachenko, without using egregious fouling.Comment
