What's the real reason Pacquiao refused Floyd's Random Blood Testing offer in 2009?

My question is why be so adamant about refusing stricter drug testing...but then years later demand that opponents do stricter drug testing in order to fight him???

You're not being honest. Mayweather was damn near begging Pac to fight him before his prison stint. Bob Arum went on record saying that Pacquiao preferred a 4th fight with Marquez to the Mayweather fight, and that the Mayweather fight would always be there.

Then Pac got laid out. If anything, Pac getting laid out caused this fight to take even longer to get made.

Later on when Pac agreed to Floyd's pu55y blood demands on the day of the fight, Floyd then changed his tune to, I don't want to fight Pac because I won't do business with Bob Arum.

Floyd's a coward and he even admitted it twice on video, adding that he's okay with being a coward. He made a lot of $ off dumb fans buying his fake fights.

What is “that type of testing?” You mean syringes from Mars? the WADA list? Olympian’s don’t provide blood and urine any different than the way other athletes do? Submitting blood and urine is more difficult than calibrating space rockets!

He asked Pacquaio to man up and take the fight, but Pacquaio's team refused to negotiate and instead chose Marquez.
