What's the real reason Pacquiao refused Floyd's Random Blood Testing offer in 2009?

Mayweather-Pacquiao could have happened back in 2009 with a 50-50 split when both boxers (especially Pacquiao) were in their prime.

However, the fight fell apart because Pacquiao refused Mayweather's 14-day cut off date for random blood testing.

    Why did Pacquiao refuse?

As a Pacquiao fan, I cannot overlook this.........

yeah it was never happening. it was a bluff. also why was he su****ious hmmm because it was financed by floyd and floyd knew all the loophole as we saw what happened when they let him cheat. would you rather be tested by non partisans or people hired by your opponet? derp!i dont understand why people pretend floyd wold have fought back then. he changed the money when pac said he would do the testing. why ignore that part? a bluff and nothing more

Pac was the picture of guilt when May pushed for random blood tests
Pac was all for ''Let me know weeks in advanced'' though

You can’t move on from sucking off Gayweather. I’m just trying to sort the May-Pac debacle once and for all.

Any answer other than "Bob Arum" is incorrect.

Around that time is when Tedd Atlas talked about the Pacquiao camp sending an email about keeping test results under wraps if he tested positive. The only thing you can arrive at is that Manny was on PED's.

If we were in Pac's shoes, would we demand notification of when a test is coming or not GAF (Test me now, bltch )

I would definitely belong to the ''test me everyday'' club.

TILTHISDAY!!! I would never understand. The saddest thing at that time was the excuses and the people backing a boxers attitude towards non or the lack of not wanting to do a more stringent test.
