What's the real reason Pacquiao refused Floyd's Random Blood Testing offer in 2009?

I really dont understand why wanting stringent PED testing for both combatants in the biggest fight in history could be so bad, and then I have no fkn idea how you can stand with a guy that refused. The implications are just unreal, then to start wanting to be notified in advance when testers come and then to cap off with a cut off date.

And then to throw wood on the fire Manny demands of his opponents the very same testing he refused to take for the richest prizefight in history.

You could not make this sht up in Hollywood.
And people hated May for making such ''deadly demands''
Say they would have done it the same way
That May had no business calling the shots
And let's not forget Pac had the audacity to sue (and win) a civil case.
It was an easy win since May could only have proven his case if Pac gave into the random blood tests.

    IOW, Pac fans are delusional

I agree there was financial interest on many different levels to not put it all on the line against Haymon. There was also financial interest on Haymon/Floyd’s side to not go toe to toe with Toprank. Floyd had a sweet heart deal with GoldenBoy where Oscar would line them up and Floyd would knock them down. After all it’s a business. On paper Floyd would have beaten Pacquiao in 09 and 10 but unofficially there was hype behind Pac to beat him for all the right reasons. It’s the same for SRL vs Hagler and Canelo vs GGG. People can’t have it both ways though. Either Floyd is a terrible orator (which I think he is) and unintentionally made himself look unreceptive to fighting Pac or he genuinely didn’t want or think he needed to fight him and was thus being absolutely clowned by the media. Imo it would have been more advantageous legacy and financially wise for Floyd to have fought him in 09 or 10 then it was waiting until 15. Arum was content with the golden goose and playing the victim card as if they were stood up by team Haymon. It was and always will be on Floyd to cross party lines and make the fight. He was the free agent. He was his own boss. Pac just did whatever the hell TR told him to do.

        aaah....

fanboy clowns, blurting out ridiculous excuses...

... just like back in the good ol days of 2010 LMAO

everyone knows why Pacquiao killed a super-fight by refusing random blood tests

that fight died when Arum/Pacquiao finally realized that Mayweather would never rescind his testing demands...

... when they realized that Pacquiao had to be clean to take that fight, Mayweather became solely a cash-out

        sooooo obvious

Pac had more excuses why he didn't want to take the blood test than Wilder has for his loss.

After he got KOed by an enhanced Marquez he was on board for blood test.

A bluff? When Pac finally fought Floyd...guess what? They did random blood drug testing.

              Bluff theory SMOKED.

It's concerning and obsessive the way some Pac fans attempt to rewrite history. The guy was juicing. Not much discrepancy about it

My question is why be so adamant about refusing stricter drug testing...but then years later demand that opponents do stricter drug testing in order to fight him???

                    That is pure hypocrisy.

in my honest opinion it was ego.. they felt they could push floyd around and at that time pac was a BIG attraction. it's dumb to think pac was juicing. and to shoot that thought down, there was no testing in the marquez fight and pac was STILL with ariza and what happen in that fight? and the horn fight, no testing as well... does the ped only work in the fights that manny won? lol.
