Same reason i argued that Manny wasn't top 3 atg. Its too many other fighters that did more in their careers. First name that comes to mind is SRL.... Who beat other HOFers in their primes. Then moved up after a layoff and fought Marvin Hagler.

The guy has the greatest lightweight and middlewight on his resume. Winning all your fights just don't compare imo.

There are multiple boxers who fought around and during the same era who are arguably better than him.

Phloyd is just a pretender fraud counterfeit masquerading as a great champion. His career was rigged by over a decade of fixed soft, controlled sparring sessions and tanked efforts. Phloyd even admitted he's a coward and he's okay with it. He has over ten blatant ducks on his legacy.
