this is the kind of stuff that floyd fans think is great? i mean i really dont get it. especially when loma dismantled and stopped rigo and the weight excuses started flying. he was too small!!! most of the time any good fighter is going to beat any good fighter 2 weight divisions smaller than him. yes exceptions do happen but can you think of any top guy who would have a great win over another top guy 2 divisions below him? canelo over spence? beterbiev over golovkin? crawford over loma? loma over eric crumble?

There wasnt a clinch in the fight the reff could have sat beside the judges, if you idiots only knew what you were talking about.

Well said. Anyone who says Floyd weighed 168 or anything close to that is trolling. We’re used to it. Yeah Floyd came in heavy and that’s pretty lame of him, but $600k is a lot of money. JMM came 2lbs under the 144lb limit anyway, so whatever ring weight difference would have to be split between both factors. JMM said everyone saw what happened in the Floyd fight and nobody needs to see that again. I wonder what people woulda said if JMM tested positive for PEDS after the fight? Who woulda had the advantage then? That’s a paradox for a lot of people. If 2lbs is a huge deal at the mid weights how does it factor up or down then? Not making weight was lame of Floyd’s part, but who else can pay u an extra $600k take it or leave it. Most people, myself included all the extra weight by Fury was supposed to be a disadvantage. The boxing world is all over place when it comes to weight. It’s a tangible number, why we love discussing it.

Yet after this fight Marquez would go on to give Pacquiao hell in two fights at the same weight or higher.

122 pounders is not WW .

You cant ever say because of this or that fight in another fight it means this to this fight.

Every fight must be evaluated on itself , there are so many variables no two fights or fighters are the same, tell me how it mattered in this fight.

But thats the deal with you fans, you dont argue boxing you argue innuendo. And the irony is defend Mannys CWS where the opponent is drained but thats ok, youre full of sht.

What I believe is the written records, Floyd has never been over 152 on fight night, look at his 146 weigh-ins and then his fight night weight, its there to be seen. So it would be reasonable to assume he is no higher than 152.

JMM has been around 144 on fight night since his 130 days, growing into 4-6 pound heavier is no big deal, the other bit of information we have is JMM was 150 KOing Manny. He was 150 against Floyd. what a miracle the same 2 lb is all that split them. Floyd came from 130 also .

Now you tell me what evidence you have to back up your logic, I dont believe you have any and that you are just parroting the same CW BS in here from guys that dont understand weight, 2lb can indeed kill a fighter but thats coming down not going up.

Im all ears explain how 2lb made all the difference in this fight.

Floyd weighed in on fight day seldom and then only when he felt like it. The fight before JMM faced Floyd JMM weighed 134, the fight after 133.

If you want to believe Floyd COULD have made 144 in this fight, that's your business but I doubt it. I think he was so far over that 2 days prior to the weigh-in, Floyd's camp tried in vain to change the weight back to 147.

Suit yourself, bask in the glory.

Bypassing all of the ifs and buts, the straight up answer is no, no one has ever dominated JMM the way Floyd did.
