Nothing that has happened in pacs career is a barrier to being no1, no matter what Pac critics say.
Losing to Torecampo early in career, being sparked out to jmm, being robbed in Australia, or even losing to floyd aren't criteria to not being no1.

Top 3 no way, not with 7 losses, KO loses, CWs paper titles and ped allegations etc .

Casual fans get all hung up on the titles, the truth is title wins can be matchmaking more than fighting, the titles mean nothing who you beat under what conditions is the meat in the sandwich .

Atg fighter no doubt and second best of this generation but I can think of a quite a few greats in history from 130 to 154 that tear him up, top 3 ATG doesn't lose the fights that he lost.
