He has a bunch of C level, lower B level guys, so that helps his standing, but in no way top is he better than the ATGs who actually beat top fighters in their prime, or even other ATG in their prime.

Nobody hates Pacquiao, it's just that some (me included) don't think he's one of the top three fighters in boxing looooooooong history. Surely we can have differentiating opinions without someone "hating" someone else.
