I think he does, coming from 108 lbs to becoming a world champion at 154, dude has done things that I didn't think were possible and still fighting the top of the WW division is absolutely crazy.

How can I talk boxing with someone who doesn’t even know what they’re talking about? Why are you even speaking on pacquiao’s tank on an all time list when you admit to not even seeing his fights? You shouldn’t even be offering your opinion here because it’s unqualified.

Tbis is why the whole “8 division champ.....” hype means little to nothing to me. You’re giving him credit for being a champ at 54 on the strength of beating that piece of sht margarita in a 150lb catch weight fight for a vacant title that he didn’t even bother defending. This thread is a joke.

I've watched parts or all of most of his fights (when I said watched earlier, I really meant watched and scored) over the past decade...probably seen film on him in about 20 fights...that's a good number and imho enough to have an opinion on his level and standing as a fighter...he was exciting but never my favorite guy so I was never too invested in watching all of his fights and scoring them...similar with Floyd.

          - -Henry great enough without U making up porkies.

He never fought for the 160 title. Blithering!

          You're welcome...

            - -WBC sanctioned vacant title.

The beating of Marg and the body shots Manny took was no popularity contest.

What are you judging it on? Popularity? Legacy? Longevity? If you are saying “legacy” he’s definitely up there but he’s still outside the Top 5 to me. Guys like SRR, TBE, Ali have to be above him. Then if you’re talking skill wise there’s a lot more guys above him including several guys from the same era.

Pac is a serious contender for GOAT. DLH said of all the people he fought Pac was the best overall.
Plus you add that to pacs resume, achievements then Pac has a case and can't be dismissed

So Manny and Margo were in a collision course at 154, got it.

pac is a top 3 atg on achievements alone. he is also the only 4x welterweight champ in history and oldest welterweight champ in history.

the amount of achievements and records broken is insane. will never be replicated ever again.
