That's based on the lower level of competition. Toney is on another level and Usyk would have to fight 9 rounds perfectly to get a decision. Could be a stinker of a fight too, for the same reasons. Personally I think Toney brings him into world of fighting instead of the other way around.

Usyk's level??? Usyk, on a good day, is a B- fighter at best.
Then a lot of B- or worse fighters beat Toney. Some in his prime.

Toney's prime was 160-168. No B level guys beat James Toney while he was in his prime. Come off of the Meth..

Dave Tiberi beat James Toney at 160. Reggie Johnson arguably did. Montell Griffin beat him twice.

I mean, you can pretend he was great and beat all these fighters but you're wrong. The Tiberi fight is a pretty famous robbery and the Johnson fight was a split decision many thought Toney lost. And if you're going to pretend those fights weren't close and Toney was amazing because "official scorecards" then you can't turn around and be all "but the Griffin fights were robberies!"

Toney isn't nearly as good as he is hyped up as in fantasy fights. It speaks volumes that all you have as a response is to say crystal meth over and over.

And seriously, you're going to act like Toney couldn't possibly lose to Usyk when he was in debatable fights against the likes of Tiberi, Rahman, and Sam Peter, if he wasn't outright losing those fights?

                    I never said he did.

It's you that said Toney will dominate Usyk when he showed nothing in his career to suggest he would.

                      Tiberi wasn't debatable.

Toney admits himself that he lost.
