He never did, wilder has learned nothing under his tutelage. Furthermore Deas should be sacked for even suggesting he will allow his fighter to die on his shield

Wilder doesn't know how to run. He's not set up for it, his legs are weak. He couldn't even carry a costume. His arrogance, fed by his power, allowed him to neglect his wheels. Fury wore shorts to the weigh in, he's proud of his legs. Wilder wouldn't show his, he knows. Like AJ knows his jaw is weak, Wilder knows his legs look funny.

No, he has been windmilling for 12 yrs as a pro. There’s a difference.

He lacks the fundamentals. He fights backward on a straight line. Doesn’t know how to ride punches. Below average when throwing hooks. Can’t fight at midrange and on the inside. Even his straight right: he doesn’t know how to throw it properly - he loads up and telegraphs it from one angle.

Wilder is very flawed and he can’t improve.

Well you can love or hate atlas but once again wilder was exposed for having no boxing fundamentals. Just like he said it.

Robert garcia does more work during 1 break than breeland does all night....
Jay taught Wilder how to box??? If that Wilder and his cronies should F#uck him up. He hasn’t learned s#hit from Deas and even if Deas taught him everything he knows it wouldn’t amount to S#hit. Deas should be in the corner as a Chucky mascot. Breland should be promoted to top trainer.Although I think it’s time Deontay gets a no nonsense trainer

Wilder's greatest deficiency is that he doesn't throw nearly enough punches. He needs to put more punches together by throwing them in bunches. In any case, this loss was definitely a wake up call. We'll just have to wait and see how well he responds.

Someone like naseem richardson or robert garcia is who wilder needs...

I've always said that with Robert Garcia, Wilder gets that body on his record.
Look at what Garcia did with Pavlik in such a short time.

Good insight. We can agree. I don't know how these guys can watch Crawford and even think Wilder can box

How’d u get that scar on your face Ted?
Read Atlas' biography (several years ago). The scar is from a street altercation when he was around 19. Some guy sliced his face half off with a knife. What ever the altercation was I bet it ended right there.

LMAO. He’s going to gas out in the 3rds throwing a lot of punches with the way he puts so much energy in his punches. The guy isn’t just a natural boxer.

He needs to get Haymon to find bums for him to keep knocking out.
