He is not pretending. He wanted to continue. He was pummeled but I didn't see any quitting.

Wilder should leave them immediately, they would've let him die in there. Mark did what any uncle would've done.

Wake up loser Deas.. in 2 fights your boy Shet Squad lost 17 rounds to 2 against Gypsy King...Breland saved Shet Squad from being put in a coma...The whole Wilder team is trash from the top down!

Wilder weighed 231... That is too heavy for him. He was gassed by the 4th round. Wilder never gets gassed. He never had stamina issues before. Fury is the best HW on the planet. It is one loss for Wilder. Let's see how he responds when he fights again. I would take the rematch even if he has no chance of winning. Another 20-30 million in the bank is a hell of a lot more than he would get fighting anyone else. He could retire if he chooses to with a large bank account...

This is really bad a bad look for Wilder's team. The fact that Wilder is 40 fights into his career and still doesn't know how to fight is the more reason why Deas should have been let go, been saying it since the first Ortiz fight. Only plan A, no plan B whatsoever. Worked so far but had to know the truth will come out at some point. And now this, throwing your co-trainer under the bus when your fighter is only responding to being beat up on instincts is deplorable. Wilder had been in bad shape as soon as Round 3 and this clown comes out and say this. He should take a page from Fury's book and get rid of this guy asap.

That would be very important that the fans could see the Wilder vs Joshua fight in the next 1,5 year.

This is important for this heavyweight era and for these two guys too.

Frazier and Norton lost easily against Foreman, but they fought very hard against Ali and Holmes.

I think, Wilder should try to fight for the Joshua-match.

                  Gypsy king

Wilder has an awful horrible style of fighting...it's best for him to join the wwe rather than getting his a** whooped up by Fury again in the trilogy

First of all, the stoppage was 100% correct. Secondly, Deas is an asshole for throwing his co-trainer under the bus. Couldn’t believe what I was hearing from that guy.

Lol he's tripping, Breland did the right thing as Wilder was getting battered from pillar to post and had no answer.

When a fighter starts reaching out to hold the ropes then you know the fight is a wrap.
