If Fury loses, would he get the same stick as Ruiz for being overweight?

Fury is not overweight, thats a healthy strong weight for a man his size. Look at his face at the weigh in you can see his jaw line he has no double chin.
Height has no bearing on that if your body is naturally adjusted to the weight. Ruiz has always been fat.

Wilder is 6'7 and he should be weighing around 245lbs. Say Wilder were to come in at 245lbs, wouldn't that cause a stare since his body isn't well adjusted to that weight?

Fury on the other hand is different. The biggest I've seen him in the ring is like 254lbs.
He didn't naturally adjust. He landed a lucky punch and is a career underachiever largely due to his addiction to food and obesity, letting down his trainer he dumped and all of his supporters.

If wilder came in at 245 my first thought would be wow wilder is finally eating and he looks strong and healthy, Not "hes overweight".

So, why were people discounting the fact that he was lucky in the first fight and he won because Josh fought to his strength and think he would repeat when the man has always been a plodder? The extra weight in the rematch didn't change who he was.

I remember I was the only poster who kept saying Josh will beat him in the rematch on here because the guy has very slow feet and he tends to gas out in the middle rds. The only thing he didn't do in the rematch was gas out in the middle rds like he has done throughout his career.

We wont know until the fight happens I guess. Could be that the extra weight is Fury being undisciplined and that he ends up being too slow or gassing out. Could be that its a calculated plan to spark Wilder out. We will see.

But coming in at 245lbs would make Wilder slow as hell and he'll gas out within 3rds. So his height won't have any bearing on that despite how that ought to be the natural weight for his height. The same is applicable to Fury here.

Hence I'm asking if people would give him the same stick as Ruiz and diminish Wilder's win like they're trying to do with Josh.

You have to be delusional to think you were the only one who thought Josh wouldn't box his way to a boring decision. Did you even look at the video I posted? Can you not see the fact that at the same kinds of weight Fury has way more athletic ability than Ruiz because he is naturally big while Ruiz is just obese.

The guy can't box. He can't afford to weigh that much.

                    Fury can box.

Well, I remember I was the only one who kept saying Josh would beat him in the rematch. And all he had to do was come in at like 240-243 and box because I've always know him to be a good solid boxer whenever he decides to box and he just changed his style in 2017 during the Wlad fight. Heck, I predicted a late knock out because Ruiz tends to gas in the middle rds but shocking he didn't gas in the rematch.

Athleticism has no bearing on this since Ruiz will never be athletic at any weight. RUiz is a plodder with very slow feet. His only advantage is his extremely fast hands. Fury on the other hand has always been a nimble boxer and the added weight would make him slower.
