Innocent until proven guilty.
Originally posted by Robbie Barrett View PostIt's ridiculous he's even trying this tarded argument. He's on video whch anyone can see assaulting her, but he didn't do it unless he's convicted in Dunn's opinion.
Now I'm sorry if you and daggum, 2 foreigners, don't like that I am sticking to the tenets of American justice. An arrest is not a conviction nor is it proof a crime was committed.
There is a process and it will play out. I am not going to violate the rule of law to satisfy non Americans on a boxing forum.

Video does not tell a complete story. There may be other circumstances involved.
There are many instances of boxers committing domestic violence, Gatti for example. With Gatti people naturally wanted to know the whole situation because he may have been murdered because of it. People seemed to accept that maybe, though Gatti should not have hit anyone outside a ring, there may have been some extenuating circumstances involved...
It does not give anyone a pass to want to understand the situation in its entirety and is not unreasonable to ask.

What a total scum bag.
What he did in the original video was already indefensible, even though people here defended it.
Now we hear he actually struck her.
