I am in no way saying anything of the sort. You can read English so there is no way you can't understand what I posted.
Innocent until proven guilty.
Not in Dunn's opinion, according to the rule of law of the United States of America. Innocent until proven guilty.
Now I'm sorry if you and daggum, 2 foreigners, don't like that I am sticking to the tenets of American justice. An arrest is not a conviction nor is it proof a crime was committed.
There is a process and it will play out. I am not going to violate the rule of law to satisfy non Americans on a boxing forum.Comment

Video does not tell a complete story. There may be other circumstances involved.
There are many instances of boxers committing domestic violence, Gatti for example. With Gatti people naturally wanted to know the whole situation because he may have been murdered because of it. People seemed to accept that maybe, though Gatti should not have hit anyone outside a ring, there may have been some extenuating circumstances involved...
It does not give anyone a pass to want to understand the situation in its entirety and is not unreasonable to ask.Comment

What a total scum bag.
What he did in the original video was already indefensible, even though people here defended it.
Now we hear he actually struck her.Comment

I am an American silly head. why are you turning this into some legal matter? he violently grabbed her and forced her to leave by force. domestic violence. caught on video. you should stick to the tenants of using your eyes.I am in no way saying anything of the sort. I didn't post anything like that. As for now he is innocent until proven guilty. Any opinion you have other than that isn't in line with the rule of law and has no bearing. Those legal standards are still in place, like them or not.so if he gets off on a technicality then it didn't happen? then the video isn't real? those legal standards were made hundreds of years ago when cameras didn't exist. we can now see crimes and horrible behavior on video. we dont need a court to say what happened. we can see it. wComment
