In America you are innocent until proven guilty. There are posters that extended that courtesy to Kov, who isn't even an American citizen. Tank is American citizen. He has not been proven guilty in a court of law yet. That is why I posted what I did.

Like Robbie, you are not an American citizen so I wouldn't expect you to understand the basic concepts of how the American Justice system works. Innocent until proven guilty. You should learn this concept because one day you will take a test to legally become a citizen and if you get this wrong on the test you will fail.
