OK, where to start, Whyte served a two year ban (correctly) for an energy drink before he signed with Hearn.
Miller got off (no ban) for three different major PEDs.
Hearns just being realistic and making his own point, same here I want Miller to apologise , or serve a proper ban , he won't he'll be back soon and I'm sure I'll watch (and feel bad about it).
In boxing drug-taking terms Miller was an all-time low.
Just because Miller signed with TR, he needs to open his mouth on something that leaves him wide open. It just annoys me.Comment

Not defending Miller at all, nor am I saying that Whyte hasn't served his punishment. What I'm saying is that Hearn is sounding like a hypocrite when he opens his mouth about this shit considering he is aligned with the likes of Whyte, Povetkin, Hughie Fury, BJS etc.
Just because Miller signed with TR, he needs to open his mouth on something that leaves him wide open. It just annoys me.
Hughie Fury never got the chance to have his case investigated because UKAD did a deal with Team Fury to avoid being sued for breaking their own rules by waiting 15 months before bringing charges.
Whyte, Povetkin, Hughie, BJS were not Matchroom fighters when their PED cases happened. Miller cheated while signed with Matchroom, and lied to Eddie himself about it. And he cheated on AJ, who is a personal friend of Eddie's.
Miller's abuse was more hardcore and cynical than any of the others. Three different PEDs in one camp, including injecting himself in the ass with roids.Comment

However, they can make recommendations to the governing bodies based on their findings that a boxer tested dirty for doping and then it's up to the discretion of the governing bodies or state commissions to decide whether or not they are going to suspend or grant a particular fighter a license.
Keep in mind, that VADA is a solely independent testing agency that is agreed upon by the fighters themselves which is not mandatory and is separate from any other governing body. It's purely voluntary.
Therefore, they have no jurisdiction, control or power over the fighters at all. They don't the authority to grant boxers licenses to fight. Therefore, they cannot sanction them from not fighting.
However, in the U.S. For example, The NYSAC and the NSAC can. They do have have the authority to punish fighters because they have the jurisdiction to grant them licenses to box.
Therefore, the boxers are subject to their drug testing protocol; Like the post fight urine tests and any other rules, regulations that is found applicable to their laws.Comment

Again, not defending any PED user here, I think bans should be much much harsher, if not career-ending.Comment
