The testing was by VADA and VADA cleared Whyte. This is consistent with a later finding of trace amounts of a banned substance from Whyte's sample.
Miller would likely not have been cleared to fight by any remotely competent testing agency due to the extreme nature of his positive test results and thus the inherent danger posed to his opponent in the ring.

Vada didn't clear him at all, they have no jurisdiction to overrule ukad findings. That's stretching the truth a lot. Eddie just used then as part of his cover story for the gullible fan boys.

That article made me less convinced. I find it more likely that Whyte accidentally doped (and used a corrupt system to get away with it) than intentionally microdosed a drug during camp. It was during camp when he knew he’d be vada tested. If they can pick up contaminated beef trace levels then microdosing makes no sense. VADA tests are known to be more stringent than Olympic (wada/ukad) tests. I can’t say whether that is a fact or not because I’ve never studied their testing procedures.

UKAD are corrupt which is why they allow TUEs for all the cyclists and Dillian gets a fight day hearing whereas average Joe without a promoter would have got a 4 year ban. It doesn’t mean Whyte intentionally took it.

I think AJ employs VADA in every fight (or at least claims to). VADA helped to clear Dillian. I feel like VADA is just a protection racket for top fighters

Almost all athletes who get caught know they will be tested. That doesnt stop them from taking PEDS, so they obviously have a process for beating the testers. The truth is sometimes the measures/process they use to beat the testers fail.

AJ only does vada a few weeks prior to his fights. Just enough time to sneak in his steroid cycle while on his overseas holidays.
