Everything is never done until it is. The testing was being done by all olympic athletes and athletes in other sports. It wasn't something unfair, he was doing it himself. Now random testing is standard for big fights. People twisted it because the liked Pacquiao more than Mayweather. But the facts remain. Pacquiao turned down a more than fair offer over drug testing.

Boxing basically had no testing, only post fight piss in a cup. So saying Pacquiao never failed a test etc means absolutely nothing. Even playing field = clean. Pacquiao didn't want to do it because he didn't want the fight.

No. Asking for drug testing isn't a ****ing duck move, anyone with an ounce of common sense would not see it as a duck move. That's why this kind of testing is demanded by everyone for big fights now. Because it was a ****ing great idea.

Pac did not fight again after being ko'd in 2012 until the end of 2013. The point i am making here with the term "right away" is that after the knock out in 2012, all the demands that floyd wanted manny to do went out the window.

Am i lying about this? All of a sudden, manny didnt need to leave tr anymore, didnt need to fight bradley again, didnt need to sign with tmt. So yes, that's making the fight right away.
