I give credit to where it's just due and only when it's due. Believe that.
I tell you who I give him a good amount of credit for beating:

    Hatton
    Corrales
    Canelo

Thats it, but that is not bad. Hatton and Corrales were undefeated in their prime. Neither is considered all time great. Canelo undefeated prime just hitting his stride. Potential all time great his career is still unfolding.

But what you and every delusional Floyd Boy wants to do is overrate Floyd for beating guys who were already raked thru the coals like Shane, Cotto, Manny, and Oscar, for lightweights that he cheated on the scales like Marquez, for no clue c-listers like judah, ortiz, guerrero, madonna, berto, baldimir, and I am not having it. And I don't care to hear all your Floyd Boy excuses for why the fights didn't get made. Either they happened or they didn't cut and dry.

Most of those were top rated fighters, many on top 10 P4P lists, but they were crap after Mayweather beat them? Give it a rest. As i said the facts don't back up your nonsense. Mayweather is one of the greatest fighters ever, the facts don't lie.

Mayweather offered a 14 day cut off and said at the time there would not be a cut off offered in future.

        Pacquiao turned that down.

Pacquiao didn't agree to do testing without a cut off until he got KTFO. After that loss and his decrease in drawing power they were willing to make the fight. They rode the money train and avoided Mayweather because they knew he'd bring it to a stop.
Did I not say Pacquaio agreed to 14 day and Floyd moved the goal posts? A guy who wants the fight don't move a damn thing, he wants that guy to sign on the dotted line so they can rumble. Sorry to tell you, Floyd ain't ain't want those problems but he wanted you to believe he did.

But it's ok though. He got about 25% of the credit for barely outpouting an already ko'd shopworn version of Manny. You and The Floyd Boys get moist over that.

How did he move the goalposts? He said before he wouldn't offer a cutoff in future.

Ha. The better guys Floyd would have gotten far more credit for beating had he not stalled the fights. He could make a fight with the Ortiz's far easier than he could with the Manny's. The crap guys that were crap before Floyd fought them. That was his problem

He moved the goalposts and did not offer a cutoff because he didn't want the fight. That's what guys who don't want fights do.

Moving the goalposts is changing something after it's accepted. Mayweather said he wouldn't accept that 1+ year before.

So when Mayweather moved from 0 and offered 14 days after Pacquiao said "just not the week of the fight" what was that?

Do people even view yahoo anymore? I stopped viewing yahoo like 12 years ago. There are far better sources of articles, searches and news than that old site.

Believe what ya wanna believe i am not going to waste much time debating something as frivolous as a cutoff date or Floyd moving goalposts, but If Floyd wanted the fight, he would have negotiated a fair ost agreement, and we would have got the fight and Floyd would have gotten full credit for beating a peak form Manny. Instead we got more hype than fight and a bunch of crybaby Floyd Boys in their feelings because of how little credit he gets.

Nice, so Mayweather won the illiterate version of fighter of the year (if the year), who won the actual fighter of the year?
