I tried to talk him out of it, but at the end of the day it's his money and his mind was made up long before this thread was created. I even emailed him this thread, but he didn't want to hear any of it.

He was right on the money with the Mayweather/Mcgregor fight and felt deep in his heart that he was right about this one to.

That's ********. He isn't the first person this has happened to and he certainly wont be the last.

It's all fun and games until you get burned.
Sorry to hear that. ******** has wrecked many lives. I hope he bounces back and stays away from it.

Hows your pops doing bro? Is he really pissed that Ruiz came in 287 and partied instead of training?

Are you guys latino? I know some Mexicans who bet big on Ruiz(3K to 9K) just because of the Mexican pride tunnel vision and now those same ones disowned Ruiz literally like by 7th round lol.

The biggest bet I know of on a personal level was at my old job where we had some former soccer players from South America who cashed in their entire savings like 1.5million on horse races and soccer matches and lost it all. They said they had inside knowledge on the horses and soccer being former soccer athletes but that inside knowledge didn't help them on the bets.

Those guys were real bitter and came to work everyday like they never should have made those bets.

Wait! Your saying that the odds on Joshua winning by decision were better than 3-1??

I can't remember the odds and what bet he made exactly if it was straight to win or win by ko/tko.

233k profit if it was by ko
