Lol your dad is going to bet 80k based on some rumor hearsay? Show him Ruiz doing an ad for mybookie.. that doesn't instill confidence of him winning, more that he's cashing out now while he can with any money making scheme possible.

Worse comes to worse your dad can use promo code andy ruiz and make some NO RISK BETS LOL

Only a ****** puts most of his bank on a gamble...

but as far as bets go, that's a pretty good bet.

Joshua didn't win a single round against Ruiz lol, his chances for winning this fight right after he took his first L are extremely low.

This is Andy Ruiz's fight to win. He just needs to do what he does, study joshua, work on the gameplan, execute and he'll most likely come out on top.

He is easily the superior boxer and Joshua has big problems with his style.

How is it even possible to place such a large bet ?

Pinnacle wouldn't accept it because the limits.

And which book would you trust with that kind of money ?

Boxing isn't the kind of sport to bet on anymore: every week there's some king of fixes going on; i could probably go back one full year with such examples occurring every week.

Wait instead for next Wimbledon final, and when Federer reaches match points against Djokovic, bet the house on Novak.

This is obviously a bad idea, but the bet itself is risky in general. I believe Ruiz will win but Joshua is talented enough to make just certain tweaks and walk Ruiz into a punch and finish him without being over-eager this time.

What if Ruiz shows up in Buster Douglas mode vs Holyfield ?

AJ might look beatable, i totally agree, but is Ruiz the man to exploit the fact after his first surprise win ?

Has he trained his ass off, showing he wants it ?

Or is he just showing up for the fat paycheck and saying "screw it, i'm not going to die in there, i got my millions anyway and i'm set for life" ?

More likely AJ will think this way before Ruiz ever would.

I doubt Ruiz will win. Not that I don't think Ruiz could beat Joshua, it's just that Hearn will do everything possible to make it impossible to win in Saudi. All the cards will be stacked in Joshua's favor.

He's done it before by putting the majority of his savings which was around $85,000 on Mayweather moneyline vs Mcgregor, but since the odds were so crappy, he didn't get back much in return.

He's pretty much set in doing it again by putting it on Ruiz. His reasoning is because AJ supposedly suffered a severe panic attack meaning that in the rematch, all of the pressure and eyes will be on him and he believes he will suffer yet another panic attack because everything will be overwhelming.

He also believes he's mentally weak, which makes since as he clearly quit when the going got tough.

He said this will be the last time he bets this big again, but he's been saying for months that Ruiz is holding all of the cards in the rematch.

He has not placed the wager yet as he's waiting to get the best odds possible, then he's going to unload it all at the Westgate superbook on the very last day. So if anyone is at that sports book, you can see him making the wager there during that time.

You probably wont be able to convince him not to make this wager as his mind is pretty much made up, but what advice do you have? Do you think this is a solid bet?
Your dad is suspect. Put some money on him but not his savings bro
