Comments Thread For: IBHOF Modern Ballot: Rule Changes Create Tough Decisions For 2020

By Lyle Fitzsimmons - And all of a sudden, it's a challenge once again. After many years in which a few names separated themselves from the pack of "modern" fighters angling for International Boxing Hall of Fame induction, we've got ourselves a horse race. Thanks in part to some rules changes implemented by the Central New York brain trust...

Hopkins, Marquez and Mosley are basically shoe-ins.

After that Sergio Martinez should also get in.

Tarver and Froch can **** right off.

Didn't even have to look to know he'd have to bring up Gatti once again. Let it drop, Lyle.

Wow that is a pretty good list.

JMM, Hopkins and Mosley basically take up the 3 slots.

But with the 80% rules maybe there will be some more.

Hatton, Kessler, Meldric Taylor, Casamayor, Tarver ect ect there are a whole lot of decent fighters.

There usually arent that many good ones.
