Luck is when preparation meets opportunity...yes...but his eyes are closed and he landed the perfect shot. The first fight was against a Roy losing 20+ pounds of muscle..the second finished him off. It still shouldn't get Tarver into the HOF.
Yeah, he beat Roy's ass (no excuses), but he lost to some ordinary guys and my man BHop made him look sorry in his 40's, so I wouldn't vote him in either.
