Also, it not a fiduciary. It's an agent. And the boss is responsible for his agents. For instance, they guy who installs your cable is an agent of the company, and if he steals your purse while installing your cable, the company would be responsible.
But he or she is not a fiduciary. A fiduciary is someone who acts on your behalf and is obligated to protect your interests. Like a lawyer, real estate agent or stock broker.
As such, all of "her people" were there with her consent because they could not have gotten security clearance if not. I couldn't just walk on stage and start talking trash. So all of her posse and entourage are agents of hers and she is responsible for their actions. Once she provided them with such clearance, they were her agents.
They are not agents of her, agents in what capacity? Clearing them to be there does not invalidate their decisions to break the law. it does not work that way. People are responsible for their actions and yes its a shame Shields attracts these kind of people and yes, there should be better security at these events, but its not the same thing.

A lot of the top female amateurs in the US choose to stay amateur forever for no reason, so for her to keep claiming titles by dropping in weight shows a lot of discipline for the sport.
Shields and her team tried doing the same when she won her first title, claiming she made history for winning a title in the least amount of fights. Problem was that a Korean boxer won a title in her first fight, they never mentioned that. They will sell this narrative to all those gullible enough to believe it. People like you, homie.

This is probably Habazin biggest payday, so this was their plan all along? To come, not fight, not get paid and go home? That's what you are saying right?

I've seen Shield's behavior in the past...the coach probably figured, my fighter is verbally challenged, I'm not gonna let her get punked here. Guys his age tend to get grumpy...the mysogynist stuff was a little overboard, especially in this modern era

One thing is for sure. Most of you bloggers are ****** x dumb. Claressa is a dedicated athlete. She showed composure, and was there for business. She's in no way responsible for Bashir. Bashir is responsible for his own broken face, because he's an old fool. He should know u don't tell someone what u will do to them. U either quietly do it, or you leave it alone. He was talking about how he will knock her out, & slap her into next week, and all this kinda threatening chatter. After she walked away he was still calling out to her and being disrespectful. If you are gonna carry yourself like that, be ready for combat. Too many **** talkers, just like a lot of you keyboard gangsters up here talking all this racist bs about claressa robbing chicken spots, and she needs to be froze out of fights and blacklisted and so forth. U are all the real pieces of ****. And to Bashir, and other frog mouth mofos, next time, don't bark so much. just bite or be easy.

She wasn't the one who cold cocked Coach Bashir when he wasn't looking nor was she deliberately attempting to incite a riot either but her brother did. Also, Shield's sister had no business on that stage in the first place because she was not there in any official capacity other than lending moral support to a family member but James Ali Bashir was.
It was his duty and job to be there because he is legally obligated to be there because he is both certified, bonafide and qualified by the state of Michigan as Habazin's coach, trainer and chief second. While Clarissa's sister was not.
Clarissa is not responsible for the actions of her ****** ass family. If Team Habazin wants to seek a redress of grievances by suing then they should sue the state of Michigan for its inadequate and lack of security.
