With 2 KOs in 9 fights apparently she doesn't condone violence INSIDE the ring either

Because the people who instigated and caused the sucker punch were employed by Shields. You think if one of Floyd's body guards sucker punched someone during the weigh in, Floyd wouldn't get sued?

I think deep down ivana and her team didn't want this fight when the weigh in came the started to feel how real this was so Ivan trainer egged Clarissa's people on to try and get them to attack him to dodge the fight.ivan and her team knows they most likely will lose

Your making assumptions. There are roles where someone becomes a fiduciary, but your assuming that her brother was "employed" by her, that security was "employed' by her and not the venue, etc. I doubt that this falls under a fiduciary for Shields. Unless she employs her brother as a body guard.

Shields also said Habazin was using her trainer being assaulted as an excuse not to fight.

Basically, Shields is a total piece of $h!t. Her team of managers and promoters are trying to hide that from everyone by burying that story with press releases and statements that are clearly not her words and written by someone else.

I pray someone knocks this piece of trash out so I never have to hear about her again.
Yep, she tried downplaying it, calling her opponent a coward for not weighing in at fighting. That was low class, which says it all about her, families and those on here who actually support someone getting hit from behind.

Can you imagine an American boxer, going away from America to fight, and this sort of thing happening to that boxer's trainer? We have American posters crying about Andy Ruiz going to box in Saudi Arabia, and using every single excuses in the box on why he shouldn't.

People act like nothing bad happens in America, this is not the first time and it would not be the last time an American boxer and their families/entourage tries to intimidate their boxer's opponents.

If Shields cannot stay classy then she should be frozen out by everyone of these boxers. I know they would lose out of a payday themselves but that would make her stay classy as least whilst she fights as a pro.

Assumptions? come on. They wouldn't be there if not employed by her in some capacity. Don King started it and it was exposed when Tyson sued him. Don paid his 20 year old niece 50k for marketing services; and what can she tell Don about marketing? It's just to pad the books.

Also, it not a fiduciary. It's an agent. And the boss is responsible for his agents. For instance, they guy who installs your cable is an agent of the company, and if he steals your purse while installing your cable, the company would be responsible.

But he or she is not a fiduciary. A fiduciary is someone who acts on your behalf and is obligated to protect your interests. Like a lawyer, real estate agent or stock broker.

As such, all of "her people" were there with her consent because they could not have gotten security clearance if not. I couldn't just walk on stage and start talking trash. So all of her posse and entourage are agents of hers and she is responsible for their actions. Once she provided them with such clearance, they were her agents.

shields is a hoodrat, plain and simple. She has no class whatsoever, never has, never will. I cringe every time I hear her speak. She will never be anything more than what she is now.

Never looked at it like that, you might be right. Otherwise they wouldn't have been able to get on stage when they really had no business being there, so in a way she might be capable if Team Habazin wanted to purse it. But then she would be called a "Snitch" by these scums.

And the lawyers are lining up to take the case, especially if criminal charges are filed.

And anyone who encouraged the guy who committed the assault are criminally responsible as an aider and abettor. Like her brother (the puncher) and sister (the instigator), they will be charged, if for nothing else for being ******. They sucker punched a guy at a weigh in that they knew was being taped.

And then they doctored the tape. Someone is going to jail and the girl's career might be over. But it is certainly in jeopardy.
