I'm not sure I've ever seen a fighter who has accomplished as little as Garcia truly act like such a diva. He should be thanking fishnets for refusing to let Garcia fight tank. Garcia's career would've been over before it even started if Oscar wasn't the super protective promotor that he is with his fighters.

Oh no doubt; You are right. Ortiz is already contender status. He matches up well with all of the current champions at 140 including: Jose Ramirez, Josh Taylor and Regis Prograis.

While on the other hand, Ryan has his work cut out for him at Lightweight. It's because the 135 pound weight division has become stacked and loaded with talent.

You have guys like Devin Haney, Vasiliy Lomachenko, Teofimo Lopez, Richard Commey, Luke Campbell and now Gervonta Davis. All of those guys are tough outings for Garcia.

Garcia's best win is probably Jayson Velez. Ortiz just knocked out two veterans in 147 and 140. I'm going with Ortiz for being the better prospect.
