Kid has loads of potential, he already has the star pathway just needs to prove it in the ring!
He should’ve took the Duno fight and knocked him out to shut up the haters and Golden Fishnets for good and then leave, that would’ve been the ultimate burn!
Sadly he’s way in over his head, if he thinks he’s better then he should move up to 147 and fight Ortiz to prove it!Comment

C'mon let's not act like Oscar is the only promoter who's protective of his fighter's. ..I'm not sure I've ever seen a fighter who has accomplished as little as Garcia truly act like such a diva. He should be thanking fishnets for refusing to let Garcia fight tank. Garcia's career would've been over before it even started if Oscar wasn't the super protective promotor that he is with his fighters.
It's his job to match his fighter's at a careful pace to develop properly. ALL promoter's do that.
It's why you saw Haymon take off the training wheels off Wilder after about 40 fights..Comment

Oh no doubt; You are right. Ortiz is already contender status. He matches up well with all of the current champions at 140 including: Jose Ramirez, Josh Taylor and Regis Prograis.Agree with everything you said minus the bolded.
I dont even see Vergil as a prospect anymore thats how high I see him. Maybe you can argue hes only a fringe contender, but hes firmly in contender status now in my book.
The kid needs to call Haymon is all I know. Get his value over there at least.
While on the other hand, Ryan has his work cut out for him at Lightweight. It's because the 135 pound weight division has become stacked and loaded with talent.
You have guys like Devin Haney, Vasiliy Lomachenko, Teofimo Lopez, Richard Commey, Luke Campbell and now Gervonta Davis. All of those guys are tough outings for Garcia.Comment

Garcia's best win is probably Jayson Velez. Ortiz just knocked out two veterans in 147 and 140. I'm going with Ortiz for being the better prospect.Comment
