In this day and age I don't think speaking English as your first language is a necessary. I think Lomachenko should just be himself, I don't really think these comments make him look good.

Muhammad Ali was just being himself, and so was Mike Tyson who at times would engage very little with the press. I always like Miguel Cotto the way he seemed stone faced and unaffected by most things etc
I think ur right. Cotto has said as much that he doesn’t have to do anything for the fans. Still he always showed up in shape and fought hard. I’d love to see a video of the tennis ball exercises Loma does become viral. I mean that bottle cap challenge was way overrated but made huge news. I think if Loma could display something live on a late night talk show it would go a long way.

What was the tennis ball thing? He does seem to do a lot of pretty skillful non boxing stuff, balancing, walking on his hands, juggling etc.

If he was born 6"6, damn. Anyway who cares, he's making millions as it is, he'll do fine financially which he deserves for excelling in a brutal sport.

He's fighting the best that will step in with him or so it appears to me, signature win and superstardom or not, we get to watch his skills which really are pretty special. I'm not asking for much else.

Can’t or won’t, the end result is identical. Canelo does not.

Pacman was doing over 300k buys buys even before fighting DLH. He was a legitimate star before the DLH fight. The DLH fight took him to superstar status.

One thing he does is wear a ball cap that has an elastic string tied to a ball. He punches the ball consistently without missing. It might be a bit of a parlour trick but I’ve never seen anyone else do it. He also punches a ball against a wall. I just think that with “challenges” being so big on the internet the most skilled fighter on the planet should be able to showcase it. I know he could do it live on command. Despite his lack of English I thought years ago just him pulling these tricks off on a late night talk show would be good pub. Now the bottle cap challenge which was never done live has become a huge deal. The bottle is always being held by someone but a lot of people look at it as if the bottle is standing on its own. So in truth it’s a bit corny. I do believe Loma is special, and I think if he can pull sum training skills no one else can, he might as well showcase them.
