Arum has never tried to make this happen. all he does is bad mouth Haymon. he says that Spence and Davis are easy fights for Crawford and Loma but blames it on somebody else for the fights not happening.

I'd love to see the fight. Fans have absolutely no leverage to get fights made. None. Typing on a comment board does absolutely nothing. What are you doing to get the fight made? I'm laughing at you. Like you have any input.

What's really gonna hurt, is if Crawford has to watch Pacquiao vs. Mikey Garcia! 2 former TR fighters making big money, and he never got to face either one!
I don't believe for a second Arum killed thr fight to save Pacquiao, in fact I don't believe he killed the fight at all.

I vividly remember Crawford repeatedly stating that Manny has to come down to 140 if he wants to fight him.

Arum is just doing damage control to make it look like Crawford is some kind of beast that he had to save Manny from.

Crawford killed the fight coz he didn't want any of that work.

He did initially try that power play, which was very unfortunate for him, but he did change his tone before Manny chose Jeff Horn.

            May 22, 2017:

After completely and utterly dominating Felix Diaz on Saturday night before stopping him after the 10th round to retain his titles, Terence Crawford apparently is willing to move up in weight to face one of the two biggest stars in boxing.

Crawford (31-0, 22 KOs) is the best fighter in the 140-pound junior welterweight division, and now, it appears he’s ready to move up seven pounds to welterweight in order to fight Manny Pacquiao or Keith Thurman. Crawford also mentioned he could fight Julius Indongo, who owns two of the world title belts in the junior welterweight division and would allow Crawford to try to unify all four belts.

You can't blame the entity for doing what's in there best interest business wise, blame the fighter that clearly knows they are signing somewhere the best fighters aren't available at.
Nobody claims Canelo or GGG are ducking Charlo. Charlo hasn't fought anyone and is still a relative nobody who essentially drew with 2 week replacement Korobov...who?

Charlo was not a unified champion (like Crawford). Charlo is not now nor has ever been ranked #1/#2 PFP in the world (like Crawford).

Crawford should be getting these fights and other top WWs are literally hiding behind their promotional status to avoid him.

Danny Garcia passed up a career payday including PPV main attraction as well as an instant shot to rematch Keith or Porter or fight Spence, but he ducked ALL of those to fight some journeyman instead.

That's flat out DUCKING. And fans like you SUPPORT IT.

Canelo takes tough fights. Whether its GGG, Lara, Floyd, Jacobs, Cotto, etc. I can fault Canelo for lots of things, but I will never accuse him of ducking...especially not a Charlo.

GGG ducked many fighters. Ducked Dervenchenko a few years back as well as Andrade, BJS, Andre Ward, Canelo or Cotto at catchweights, Brook at catchweight, Mora, Lara, Jacobs rematch, etc.

Charlo is afraid to even whisper Danny Jacobs after Danny made that girl cry...so he cant pretend ANYONE is ducking him lol

                You don't understand business friend.

All fighters bicker about PPV buys...if nobody buys their show they have to take more challenging opponents to make better fights/shows.

That goes for PPV AND Network TV. Companies will NOT pay prime Ad time if the event is not going to sell.

If there are EMPTY seats and nobody attends. No sponsors, no national media recognition (ESPN, etc).

Its really pretty simple you suggesting fans have no leverage when, collectively, fans literally have ALL the leverage.

Quit the Spence is ducking crap.
Crawford quite simply doesn't deserve a 50% split.
Arum holding this back regardless of having no Aces in his deck.
He did the same thing in reverse when he held the Aces.
Take the 60-40 and pick your game up!

Arum has no leverage at 147. If Haymon doesn't want to put his guys in with Crawford, he doesn't have to. He has a round robin going on with Porter, Thurman, Danny Garcia, Spence, etc. Do you really think fans are going to boycott PBC fights until Spence vs Crawford gets made? Good luck with that. This fight won't get made until the titles all get unified except for Crawford. At that point, they will throw him a lowball offer. I'm not defending it. That is what will happen, regardless of what fans want.

the fight is never gonna happen period. accept it and move on. promoters, sanctioning bodies and the mayweather affect of ducking everyone has ruined boxing.
