You are absolutely correct. However, the injunction still has to be legal and is contingent on that rematch clause and whether or not it's enforceable.

Well being Ruiz seems to be going for the challenge in legal battles im for it just to see what happens ,why not might as well become a fan of money instead of the fight for now and join in so im for the courts first then the fight second .Ha

Sure, they will not be able to fight, only if they don't have any fights scheduled. They only way you can stop a plaintiff or defendant from fighting is through a court injunction.
Lolx.......so tell me, how will Ruiz fight if the rematch case is in court and the org are calling their mandatories?

This is a great example why Team Joshua has to really watch themselves and its because of greed factor and why we didn't get some fights with him so far and Ruiz should be taking to the U.K now , another greedy dummy who thinks leveraging Hearn is a smart move. smh

Im just being real here.
You are absolutely incorrect. A permanent injunction would not block Ruiz from taking any other fights other than AJ pending an appeal of the original injunction which is called a counterinjunction.

A counterinjunction is when a plaintiff asks the court to have the original injunction dissolved or overturned altogether. However, if the original injunction is upheld then I agree. He won't be able to fight any other fighter other than AJ.

However, Motherfucker listen. I was the first to bring this shit up. I've forgotten more about law than you will have ever know about law.

There are three types of injunctions. Temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions and the permanent injunctions which are issued after trial when the court has heard and seen all of the arguments and evidence before rendering its verdict.

However, it still can be reversed on appeal. I hope that your low IQ brain could comprehend that you smug, ****** fucking asshole!

If I were AJ's team, I would throw Ruiz some extra M's, recognizing that there is a small chance (maybe 5%) that Ruiz acts irrationally and follows through on his threat.
I know Ruiz wouldn't fight, I already said that. I'm saying Ruiz has another big fight possible. While AJ has Usyk? Pulev?

It would be dumb to cancel the biggest fight of your career over a couple million. If these reports of Saudi businessman with money she true (which I doubt they are) this would be the most profitable fight ever for Matchroom. Giving Ruiz a couple extra M's would still make it the most profitable fight ever for Matchroom.

AJ said he's going up fight hard for the fight up be in the UK

Hearn said AJ makes the final decision on where the fight is made.

Ruiz simply stated he's not fighting in the UK.

Is the fight in the UK?

By fighting Deontay Wilder for the World heavyweight crown in an undisputed championship bout because unifications and undisputeds have sovereignty over mandatories. That is the only way Andy Ruiz, Jr could keep all of his belts intact without losing or getting any of them stripped from the sanctioning bodies during the court proceedings.
