Well it depends on how much Canada would be willing to spend. That would be a nice location, as well as Mexico. Am sure anyone of those countries can put the money down.

I’m not sure Mexico would be considered neutral, considering Ruiz, an American, was talking about taking the belts back to Mexico after the fight for some reason.

I was thinking Montreal or Quebec City would be close to middle ground geographically, but if the only concern is neutrality, there’s lots of places in Europe that could host that fight.

The contract would have stated that Hearn gets to choose venue should AJ lose. You don't need to state the countries the fight may take place in.
