Ruiz was getting $7M and a chance at 3 belts as a last minute 3rd string replacement and had just seen Ortiz's team blow it, he wasn't letting his golden ticket blow away and remember time was of the essence, you really think he was worried about the rematch clause?

It seems no venue or splits were decided in the original contract. There's another thread now where Ruiz is saying he wants 50 mill if the fight is in the UK. How can he do that if everything is already decided beforehand?

If the terms aren't to Team Ruiz liking in the UK, fake an injury a week out from the gig then serve out the mandatories for each belt or get stripped and let's start the big dance off once again with a series of eliminators.

Andy may not hold all the cards, but holding most of the belts counts for more in both options and leverage.

I hope the fight don't come to the uk, the champ will get robbed guaranteed, the ref will step in at the first sign ruiz is hurt and there will be at least one judge who's been paid off, plus femmi will get away with taking his meds again, obviously money talks so he can get away with it. I hope the fight is in usa or Mexico, then at least its a even playing field, as I know for a fact hearn will pull any trick for femmi to get them belts back he's the cash cow and hearn is a very very desperate man

What happens if Andy cannot defend the titles against AJ as stipulated in the contract. Say him or AJ gets hurt last minute or one of them takes drug and gets suspended. Does that rematch contract gets null and void? I don't see that these little stuff are included in the terms with a last minute match up, like in this instance.

I know it's hard to accept but Joshua draws more than Wilder, Ruiz and Fury combined. AJ is A side because he brings the money. That's just the way it is.

I notice the Hearn fans still think Joshua is the a side and Hearn gets to call all the shots.....that is testament to just how brainwashed they are by Hearn

Kathy duva must have had it written that if ward beat kovalev the first time he gets to take the lion's share of the rematch while kovalev cried about how much he was making.
