TBRB is very credible. I believe they Fury was "stripped" because he was banned for 2 years that is why he isn't listed as champion despite being the lineal champ in theory.

Ruiz should be the #1 contender to the lineal title as WBA/IBF/WBO hwt champ. Wilder #2 as the WBC champ. Fury #3 and AJ #4 and Ortiz #5. I have no problem with Fury being #2 since I had him winning the Wilder fight.

To be the man, you have to beat the man. Fury hasn't done jack since returning from his 2 and a half year hiatus. He fought two overmatched cherrypicked bums and had a Draw with Deontay Wilder. That's it.

In addition, he popped dirty for doping just prior to his Wladimir Klitschko victory which should have have been ruled a no contest because he was juicing and cheating at the time.

TBRB are definitely the most credible ratings org out there for my money, though they too have their critics.

Personally I'd pick Fury to beat Ruiz fairly handily H2H but in terms of who's achieved what recently the decisive Ruiz victory over the dude they had at #1 trumps Furys performance against Wilder (even though the TBRB treated it, in effect, as a victory for Fury).

            Ruiz at #1 is pathetic.

            Fickleness at it’s finest.

                    So?

He lost to Joseph Parker, who's been embarrassed by both AJ and Dillian Whyte.

His best victory before AJ was against Dimitrenko FFS.

Meanwhile Wilder & Fury are undefeated

It sounds like you didn't watch any of the fights you mentioned the way you describe them.
