He just beat the #1 guy as far as I’m aware the moment Fury tested positive before facing Klitschko he ceased to be lineal, let’s not forget he refused PED testing in the build up to the rematch also a fight he claimed he couldn’t fight in due to injury when evidently it was down to failures in testing and reluctance to undergo further testing avoidance of PED testing can result in a four year ban for a reason.
