Newsflash! The fight will take place in 2020. Wilder even said it himself. He has a full plate this year with Breazeale, Ortiz and possibly even Kownacki.

Joshua said LETS ROLL, Hearn said PLEASE SEND US A CONTRACT and Team Wilder refused to talk to them after that.

And Finkel refused to send a contract and cancelled a planned meeting with Hearn and said talking about it was not productive. HOW CAN IT NOT BE PRODUCTIVE?

Finkel couldnt send anything because he didnt have anything to send. They just reacted to something Josuha said on social media but had nothing to back anything up with. They were also looking at BT Sports showing it in the UK which is a dealbreaker.

And its no good somebody from the PBC weeks down the line confirming it was a legit offer it was all finished by then. Its no good somebody at the PBC confirming that they saw the contract, those people wernt Hearn, he asked for one and they refused to give it to him.

The whole point of that 50 million dollar offer was so down the line, like now, Team Wilder and his dick riders can hide behind it as some sort of proof Anthony Joshua is scared of Wilder and is ducking Wilder. But its hard to believe when at this stage in the game Deontay Wilder is looking like the biggest ducker this division has ever seen.

The clutching at straws by Wilder fools is mad. There must be a word for it - when you know you're wrong and you keep arguing anyway. Insanity maybe.
Seems like Finkel showed that contract to everybody except the one person who needed to see it in order to get the deal done!

And that was weeks after the "take or leave it" deadline he imposed on Hearn had expired!

It's all utter bullshit, of course, but it gives the PBC crew something to hide behind, rather than manning up and admitting they were wrong about who was ducking the fight.

        Newsflash!

Wilder and Finkel spent the last 6 months shouting that they wanted to fight AJ next, and accusing Eddie Hearn of stalling.

Lennox Lewis going into retirement directly after having one of the greatest heavyweight fights with Vitali Klitschko, no rematch at all even though demand was high. That is probably the worst one for me, least we got to see it happen, but a rematch would have been great. Think Lewis came to terms with the fact he wouldn't be good enough to beat Vitali if the big man had a full training camp.

Another one sided thread that tells half the story and absolves AJ/Hearn from lying about wanting to fight Wilder when instead Hearn wanted a non US PPV level fight to launch DAZN.

Listen, if you are going to make a statement like that, then at the very least you can be factual. There is nothing remotely available to prove that you are telling the truth.

For the past six months Wilder and Finkel have had their attention focused solely on a Tyson Fury rematch. The good news is that Team Wilder and DAZN are staying in constant talks about a potential Joshua vs Wilder fight.

The fight is inevitable. It's going to happen once Wilder feels he is ready.

There is no point trying to have a discussion with people who make up their own version of reality as they go along.

"It's going to happen once Wilder feels he is ready."

"$50 million doe ... etc, etc."

You must've been hiding under a rock someplace over the past six months. There has been no mention of Wilder wanting to fight Joshua in 2019. In 2018 yes but Eddie Hearn reneged on that contract in order to fight Povetkin instead.

Earlier this year, Wilder visited DAZN to prove that he was a network free agent and could sign with any platform that he yet so choose. However, he decided to stick with the people who got him where he is; Whom are Al Haymon and Showtime.

What a ridiculous comment! Are you seriously saying that Hearn booking Wembley Stadium for an AJ/Wilder unification fight on April 13th was some kind of trick to cover his real intention, which was AJ vs TBA at MSG?

And what about the other trick he supposedly tried to pull on Deontay?

You know, the one where he him sent a contract which was purported to be for a fight in Sept/Nov last year, which would have been switched to April 13th, Wembley, if Wilder had signed it?

Wilder: "And now I'm going to prove that I'm free to fight on DAZN by turning down $120million to fight on DAZN."
