Second, it's not about how many times bigger. Guarantee the fighter 40 million and then give him a % of the upside. That makes much more sense. That way, if it's worth $50 million to him, he gets the extra $10 mil.
There won't be an upside upside it's on a $10 a month subscription service with the first month free and you can cancel after.

Also if AJ had one belt would this fight be any where near as popular?

In the US? Doesn't matter as much.

And your first paragraph is exactly the reason why Wilder won't bite IMO. We may not agree on all points, but at least you're intelligent.

Its interesting to listen to the narrative: Hearn typically talks about emails he sent to Finkel, what he tried to do to get them to talk. All very specific. Wilder talks in abstract terms only: "they refused $50m" and "they don't want it". No response to Hearn's allegations of attempts to establish contact, no concrete and fact-based response to anything Hearn says. Its really hard to believe Wilder at this point.

Because it's all there already. You have Hearn saying that he reached out and got further details, that it was 70% done, etc etc. And they concluded they prefer the fight in the UK. On Wilder's side, they are over Hearn.

believe what though? He has admitted to holding up the fight until he gets offered what he feels hes worth. It is what it is. My problem is the same ppl who embrace and defend Wilders business plan still want to slander AJ & Hearn as 'ducking', its ridiculous.

Do you know what the word MINIMUM means? (No it's not just a small mother)

Sometimes you need to just accept you're wrong.
Minimum is what was released to the press proof shows his first fight of deal was 20mil less and is contingent on who he fights just like fury deal can get to 100mil contingent he takes on wilder/aj.... to suggest or even think they will fork over 30+ mil for him fighting anyone is insane

How much do you think Wilder would make for this fight with an upside on PPV against Joshua?

DAZN and Eddie needed Wilder in order to sell more subscriptions. And fast Eddie needs top American names in order to complete is "American Take over". This is why he has been trying to poach PBC fighters since his deal with DAZN. And some people Wilder is ducking AJ by not signing to DAZN? AJ could have easily re upped with Showtime but choose not to.
Neither fighter needs to sign long term contract deals to networks/apps agree to fight terms of split and let them bid for fight rights to broadcast it on platform of choosing
